POSITION: Learning Co-ordinator

FUNCTION: Human Resource

JOB PURPOSE:

  • All General Skills Courses and all related administration
  • All Professional Skills and related administration
  • Support Learning Development Manager Assistant with all Leadership Management Courses
  • All course correspondence, Invitations, Joining instructions, Logistics for attendants/ guests
  • Arranging internal & external speakers
  • Liaising with all stakeholders including 3rd party vendors etc.
  • Coordinate all graduation ceremonies – when necessary
  • Update Course evaluations/ feedback to share drive and send to stakeholders/ LD management
  • Update Post Programme form – send to ES for system update
  • MCR (Mid-Career Recruits) Induction
  • PDP (Personal Development Plan) Mid-Year and End of Year - Planning and implementation thereof
  • Integrated LD and Talent calendar – ensure updated and sent to HR Community
  • Coordinating team meetings, fun activities, team building events and related
  • Manage / organize learning events, sites, dedicated physical learning locations at sites and all related doc. (no-shows, last minute entry, and co-ordination with Help Desk to ensure statistics are updated.)
  • Monitor customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure training levy compliance, registration and reimbursements
  • Support Learning Budget tracking, invoice / payment follow-up as required.
  • Generate learning reports, KPIs and SLAs on monthly basis to Service Delivery Manager
  • Maintain e-leaning platform supporting the ET, where applicable
  • Maintains and audits the integrity of the data of the new Learning System (Cornerstone System) for all learning activities
  • Custodian of learning data base – update and maintain
  • Ensures BBBEE compliance and all invoices, training registers and certificates are on file
  • All training invoices to be raised
  • Ensures that training spend is within agreed training budget
  • Assist the Assistant Learning Manager with training needs analysis where required

MINIMUM CRITERIA

  • Relevant completed tertiary qualification, degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years’ relevant experience
  • Relevant experience in performance management
