Vetting Consultant:
DUTIES· Ensure that candidates supply all required documents for recruitment (i.e. certified copies of ID, Matric certificate, application form etc.)· Request vetting for shortlisted candidates· Regular follow up on vetting progress· Inform managers when feedback received· Liaise with supplier when feedback not submitted within SLA· Support Sourcing Consultant as and when needed · Any other ad hoc duties as required by the business· Reporting to resource consultant and assisting with any ad hoc duties Sourcing consultant · Arrange for advertising or posting of job vacancies, and notify eligible workers of position availability· Pro-active sourcing based on recruitment requirements· Screen candidates against job requirements · Schedule candidates for preliminary interview sessions · Support vetting consultant · Any other ad hoc duties as required by the business· Reporting to resource consultant and assisting with any ad hoc duties REQUIREMENTS (for both)· Matric· Ability to work towards a target · Good time management skills· Attention to detail · Ability to communicate with people and is well presented.
