The Banking Sector Education and Training Authority (BANKSETA) is a statutory body established through the Skills Development Act of 1998 to enable its stakeholders to advance the national and global position of the banking and micro-finance industry. 

As guided by its mandate the BANKSETA is as such an agent of transformation and seeks to promote employment equity and broad-based BEE through skills development. We are recruiting disabled learners to join our Learnership: National Certificate in Contact Centre and Business Process Outsourcing Support.

The aim: To assist disabled matriculants to gain work readiness skills, and a qualification that will ultimately lead to them being employed.  Successful candidates must be able to start the training programme on 3 June 2013.   Training is free and you will receive an allowance for attendance.

This Learnership Programme is funded by BANKSETA, and managed by Stanley Hutcheson and Associates.
