Matric / Grade 12 or SAQA Accredited Equivalent* is essential
An appropriate secretarial/ administration management qualification is - preferred

Job Experience:

A minimum of two years experience in a secretarial position is Essential
Financial administration experience (e.g. use of Oracle) is Desirable.
Key Outputs:

Maintain the Executive Head of Division’s diary and schedule appointments.
Screen and direct incoming calls to relevant person/department
Co-ordinate meetings, conferences, seminars, workshops and manage strategic workshops, for the Executive Head of the Division.
Provide secretarial support at various meetings and record minutes.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations and monthly reports.
Assist the Executive Head of Division with budget OPEX and CAPEX budget administration.
Co-ordinate travel arrangements and business itineraries for national and international travel.
