Represents and sells the company’s goods by visiting customers and obtaining orders.

Required outputs: Functional:
• Achieve sales volumes targets
• Achieve brands availability targets
• Achieve call strike rates
• Compile market information
• Execute regional promotions strategies
• Execute regional merchandising strategies
• Communicate pricing information to customers
• Establish & maintain good customer relationships
• Grow and maintain customer database
• Ensure that all orders collected are captured & delivered on time
• Informs customer of unit prices, delivery date, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by customer.
• Compile monthly feedback reports
• Follow up on all customer complaints.
• Ensures that all company assets are well maintained (cars, cellphones,etc)
General:
• Computer literate – MS office (word, excel & powerpoint)
• Knowledge & adherence to Sasol policies, procedures & regulations
• Ability to build & maintain good customer relationships
• Ability to work under high pressure & long hours
• Ability to travel long distances as stay away from home
• Support & live Sasol values
• Knowledge & adherence to safety procedures
