Support plant production by providing admin/ facilities related services according to agreed upon requirements in a professional manner.
Required outputs: Functional
-Responsible for effective management of hired labour personnel
-Responsible for process chemicals stock taking and coordinating ordering thereof
-Ordering of plant tools, emergency equipment, fittings, hoses and stationary
-Responsible for taking of water samples for lab analysis
-Loading Notifications on SAP after plant walk downs and safety defects
-Manage plant radios and explosive meters calibration and repairs
-Supporting maintenance co-ordinator and foreman with administrational tasks
-Assist on an ad hoc basis the maintenance coordinator with specific tasks, projects related to production upon requirements in a professional manner.
