SENIOR ADMINISTRATION CLERK
SALARY : R121 290 per annum (Level 6)
CENTRE : Polokwane Regional Office

REQUIREMENTS : A Grade 12 Senior Certificate with Accounting
as a passed subject or equivalent qualification
with Accounting as a passed subject. Experience in Financial Management principles.
Knowledge of applicable prescripts or Acts. Report writing. Computer literacy (MS Word, MS
Excel and PowerPoint-will be tested). Ability to work in a team and independently. Be able to
work under pressure. Be able to interact with internal and external clients. Good verbal and
written communication skills. Interpersonal skills. A valid driver’s licence (attach a copy).

DUTIES : Perform contract administration work. Compile and maintain project files. Maintain an up to
date (projects) contracts register. Coordinate budget planning. Keep track of payments,
maintain (expenditure) early warning system and compile regular reports.
