SALARY : R121 290 per annum (Level 6)

REQUIREMENTS : A Grade 12 senior certificate or equivalent qualification with Accounting
as a passed subject.
(3) Three year’s relevant experience. Sound knowledge of experience in the Basic
Accounting System (BAS) and SAP. Computer literacy in MS Office Software (Word, Excel
and Outlook). Knowledge of Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act 1 of 1999) (PFMA)
and Treasury Regulations. Good interpersonal relations and problem solving skills. Good
verbal and written communication skills and report writing skills.
DUTIES : Capture budget in the system. Maintain financial documentation (filing and retrieving). Assist
in capturing payments. Ensure that correct SCOA codes are used every time procurement is
made. Completion of journals to rectify incorrect allocations. Handle enquires. Provide
excellent client services.
